I started working with Henry inside the Pneuma Process Group Coaching in Mid of 2024 - and from there on transitioned to 1:1 Holographic sessions on an occasional frequency. So far I've had the privilege to have Henry's as my mirror for about 6 sessions I guess, and let me tell you it's been transformational 💥🤯

The first holographic session has been one of the most transformative (which is one of the many reasons, I continued! After initially feeling a lot of pain in my back along my spine towards the end of my 1st session, I experienced a huge shift in energy, and a sudden release of it in form of deep sadness & tears following thereafter. Similar occurrences happened in the following sessions - always leading to breakthroughs and release of either emotions, pains or alike, by recoding my subconscious programs.

This is why Henry's technique is so effective for me: He bypasses my rational, logical, very strong mind (where all my problems exist) and helps me get to the root cause of such in my subconscious patterns. Imagine having a hypnosis without being hypnotised and using NLP techniques & affirmations to recondition your limiting & subconscious beliefs. That's how I could best describe holographic recoding.

So far this has been one of the best healing modalities I have come across 🙏🏻
