EXERCISE FOR TUNING INTO YOUR BODY

Get comfortable, sitting or lying down. Read this first so you are familiar with the process and steps as this done best with eyes closed - other than step 7.

  1. Count backwards from 30 as you take deep breathes and allow your body and mind to relax, breathe into your stomach & solar plexus - soft bit in the middle just below your rib cage. I like to breath in for 5, out for 5 with no pause. Whatever you need to do to chill out. Relax your face too, this helps me.

  2. At this point here you would go to the specific clearing, ie - jealously & envy if there is something specific you’re trying to release. Otherwise, continue, seek any tension in your body with your breath, focus on that area where there is tension, pain or a feeling of being blocked.

  3. Place your hands on that area and breathe into it until you feel present there.

  4. Ask your body “is there any message you want to give me?'“ or “what else am I required to know about this pain/discomfort?” This message may come in a form of a thought, words, images, insights, feelings, memories, a knowing. Just remain open to what comes up, have no expectations.

  5. Take a few more deep breathes as you create space for anything to come to the surface. Do not judge what comes up, just say “thank you".

  6. Write down anything that does come up.

  7. Say “I call on my divine healing intelligence to help release all pain, blockages and density from this area.” Allow yourself to watch and feel as dense energy leaves your body.

  8. Breathe in deeply and slowly, slightly arching your head back and curving your lower spine. As you breathe out bring your head forward and allow your back to straighten. Do this 3 or 4 times in a relaxed and easy manner.

    Now rub your hands together making sure you rub every finger. Then place your hands slightly apart. Feel the tingling/warm sensations in your hands. Visualise an indigo coloured ball of light in your hands. Indigo is one of the best colours for pain relief. Place your hands above the part of your body where you are feeling pain. Breathe in the indigo colour. Allow it to move through your body and dissolve any pain or density.

  9. Say “I call on my divine healing intelligence to infuse this area with healing energy. I command that all the immune mechanisms of my body be activated and my body now return to a state of perfect balance and health.”

  10. Breathe in and out continuously for a few minutes, allowing the energy to build.

  11. Imagine a warm, gold light moving through your whole body, nourishing and repairing it.

  12. When you feel lighter, gently bring your awareness back to usual and open your eyes, knowing you’ve connected with yourself and activated healing energy. You may need to repeat this process multiple times over a few days or weeks.
