CHAKRAS AND CRYSTALS

Each chakra is typically associated with one of several crystals. it is proposed that each crystal has specific vibrational properties that correspond with a specific chakra. when the crystal is brought close to the chakra or the chakra is massaged with the crystal, an unblocking effect takes place which will restore energy flow to the energy centre. alternatively, meditating or sleeping with the crystal has a similar effect.
