CHAKRAS, FOOD & HERBS

It is believed that certain plants can influence the body on a vibrational level by interacting with the energy system of the body. Using appropriate food and herbs can help promote a healthy body and mind. This election of plants is traditionally associated with specific chakras. Some plants can be eaten directly, others made into tea.
