THE PROCESS
Make yourself comfortable with both feet on the ground
Close your eyes and visualise yourself feeling content at the end of the day
Keeping the image in your mind, inhale through your nose for a count of four
Now exhale slowly through your mouth as you count to six.
When a difficult thought arrives in your mind, be kind to your mind and acknowledge it before you return to your visualisation.
