Dedicating time to bring a positive focus to the financial aspects of your life, you can take control of your thoughts about money, acknowledge the issues and use a calmer mental approach to create a plan to deal with them. This meditation is designed to help you improve how you manage and experice money in your day to day life.

THE PROCESS
Before you start, write down two aspects of your finances that make you anxious or concerned.
Take up a comfortable position, set your timer and close your eyes.
Inhale slowly for a count of four and as you exhale to the count of six, mentally send away the first aspect of your finances that makes you feel anxious. Repeat this until you reach eight minutes.
Repeat this process with the second aspect of your finances.
For the last four minutes, focus on the inhale and exhale whilst you repeat the affirmation to yourself.
