THE PROCESS
Take up a comfortable seated position.
Close your eyes and take a moment to visualise yourself in your healthiest body. Be specific about what you desire to change.
Focus on the image of your healthier body as you inhale slowly through your nose for a count of four and then as you exhale through your mouth for a count of six.
When other thoughts enter your mind, acknowledge them and allow them to drift away.
Repeat the affirmation to yourself five times upon closing.
