11. ASTRAL HEALING
“You don’t have a soul. You are a soul. You have a body.” – C . S. Lewis
Astral healing is a more advanced use of astral projection. You may have been taken aback by the previous chapter because astral love and sex seems quite complex for some people. In this chapter, you will learn how to use astral projection for healing in a bid to not only heal yourself but also heal others. It requires a unique level of concentration, dedication and execution. Let’s indulge!
Before astral projecting to perform a healing, there are some things that you should comprehend as they affect the results of your healing engagements and they tend to differ from the physical healing works. There are some astral healing techniques that you should practice and master before you astral travel with an intention to heal as discussed in this chapter. Note that everyone resonates with a different healing technique; a technique that works for one astral projector may not always work for another.
The average human being is capable of changing their brainwave patterns to produce about 80 percent Alpha waves by just closing their eyes. This is the reason why transitioning to an altered consciousness state is never as difficult. On the other hand, there are people who can just sit with a biofeedback machine and change their brainwave patterns to about 100 percent Alpha waves without much struggle. Such people would not have the required level of discipline to perform healing in the astral plane.
The average human being utilizes about 10 percent of their potential because they operate in Beta as they conduct their daily activities. Therefore, in order to reach the 90 percent Alpha wave state that is required to perform astral healing, you must tap into the subconscious mind through the Alpha waves. Once you are able to visualize something and accept it as the reality, your nervous system will accept it as a reality and the disconnected nervous will rejoin to form a coordinated brain axon and dendrites juncture. This is what develops the auric flow electrical energy essential to conduct astral healing. Note that it may take you several visualizations and acceptance attempts before you achieve this state.
Most people who wish to conduct astral healing do not manifest their desires simply because they keep changing their minds about or doubt the end result. They tend to have racing thoughts, constant confusion and lack concrete goals. These are the people who cannot make a decision on anything. They are always in fear that they will make the wrong decisions so they opt to make none out of fear of the unknown. This way, they undermine their efforts to achieve their goals subconsciously. This applies to both the astral healer and the person being healed. They both must have well visualized goals, accept them and believe that they will achieve whatever they set out to achieve. They must be in agreement that the healing they both seek will be achieved. How the healing will be achieved can be based on individual interpretation of the exercise but there must be a unanimous decision that both parties desire healing. A slightest hesitation on this agreement from either the ill person or the healer deters the healing efforts and as a result, every step of the healing process will be a struggle especially for the astral healer.
Before you begin any astral healing work, you must first go out to the astral plane, create a healing office and take time to learn everything there is to learn from qualified astral healing teachers in the astral plane. Note that, there are a number of astral healing centers in the astral plane to which a prospective astral healer can travel to in a bid to learn different astral healing techniques and how they should be executed effectively. For instance, the Celts talk of the Fortune Isle that is ruled by a goddess or priestess. The goddess and her sisters are capable of teaching not only shape shifting and astral flight powers but also the different astral healing therapies. On the other hand, the ancient Egyptians called upon the goddesses Maat and Isis for healing. The Shamans had established underworld or upperworld healing centers where they astrally travel to communicate with their animal healing helpers. The Greeks had the Hygeia and Asclepius earthly healing temples as their healing centers that served as their counterparts for astral healing centers. Almost every ancient civilization described unseen healing temples.
As you have learned by now, astral projection experiences are not fantasies, they are valuable and life changing experiences that occur in a heightened state of altered consciousness that reaches directly to the subconscious and influences it. Hence, it is paramount to be in a positive mood when astral projecting with the aim of healing. If you travel for healing while angry or full of resentment, you are likely to end up in low level astral planes and interact with the negative low-level beings. Evidently, healing will not be achieved; therefore, check your mood before planning an astral project for healing.
Another factor to consider before astral traveling to heal is the chakra you choose to exit the physical body. Just like when seeking an astral lover, you should avoid using the two lower chakras when traveling for astral healing. The solar plexus center is useful if you want to stay close to the earth’s level to check on someone who is in the physical while in your astral plane. Since this chakra is entirely emotional, it should be avoided when traveling for healing purposes. During the initial astral trips to healing centers in the astral world, you may be afraid of touching the spiritual beings who teach you how to heal astrally. This fear may deter you from learning or, worse still, throw you back to the physical world.
When astral traveling to healing centers, you may see flashing lights or hear ethereal music because certain types of colors and music have been used for centuries in healing practices. Sometimes it is advisable to view a person’s Akashic records before embarking on the healing process to determine the real cause of their illness. This is because some of the physical and mental problems that people suffer from in the physical world originate from a past life. Probably, a person had made some great emotional impact at the time they were engraved in the soul pattern; note that strong and negative emotions ride with us from one lifetime to another until we are able to acknowledge that we need to get rid of them and work towards changing them to positive emotions.
Once you go through the Akashic records and discover that something from a past life is causing the illness, tell the person about the particular past event that is triggering their poor health. One should talk about the past life only when the ill person is open to the past life concept. If the ill person is not willing to acknowledge and overcome karma, telling them of a past life event would be a waste of time. The ill person must be willing and determined to help themselves from within by admitting the situation and by doing everything in their power to overcome it, including magick.
Astral healers may run up against sick people who drain off their energy immediately when a connection is established. This leaves a healer in a compromised state of depleted energy, open to astral intrusions and negative thought-forms. In such a state, a healer cannot be effective in his/her healing duties as they would have to focus their attention towards fighting the vampirism in order to make a strong astral connection that is needed for effective healing works. As a healer, you must trust your intuition to determine whether a sick person is genuinely ill and low in vital energy subconsciously to the point where they are desperate for healing or they are out to siphon your energy. Once you determine this, you must act accordingly: either help or restrain from connecting with a person who is in need of free energy. If faced with a situation where your energy has been depleted because you connected with an ill person with ill intentions, you can boost your energy by holding your fingertips against the ends of cedar or pine needles. Regular meditation and deep rhythmic breathing also help in boosting energy.
At this point it is necessary to mention that it is more difficult to heal yourself astrally than it is to heal other people. Hence, astral healers are required to regularly check their light centers and auras in a bid to find even the tiniest erosions to their flow of energy. As we all know, prevention is better than cure or in this case, having to deal with a full- blown problem that compromises your auras and light centers. Once your astral healing office is established and you begin healing works, you are bound to meet with some astral healers who will be rather inquisitive about your healing success and patients. No matter how hard they push for information, you should never discuss your patients and their health problems with anyone, not even your astral lover if you have one. You should conduct yourself under the same ethical codes that govern doctors in the physical world. In the event where you talk about your patients and your success in healing works, some astral healers will send a wave of intense jealousy your way. This is a way of distracting you as you would have to redirect your energy towards fighting the negative energy. To jealous healers, astral healing is more of a competition than a divine activity for helping people who are in need.
Setting Up Your Astral Healing Office
Before traveling to the astral world to begin your healing works, it is important to arrange for a meeting with your astral teachers. These are the people who guide you to the sections where the healing temples are located. You must follow your instincts when choosing a healing temple. Go for the temple that appeals to you or one that resonates with your energy because each temple has a different inner layout. All the healing temples have similar content: a large worship area, sections set aside for classes, libraries and smaller rooms designated for practicing healers. Your teacher guides will give you a tour as they introduce you to the astral healing teachers and healers before you choose an ideal work area.
At first, your astral office will be a bare room and your first job will be decorating the room through visualization. Take a minute to decide what you would like to have in the office, where you would want it to be and bring everything you envision to the astral reality. You should start by furnishing the office with a large, waist-high, comfortable table; a blanket and a pillow; and leave room for wide steps for your patients. You could also have a chair for patients who would prefer to sit. Above the table, situate an overhead light so that you are able to see your patients clearly. Leave one wall bare white or covered with a white cloth. By placing a patient in front of the bare white colored wall, you are able to see their aura plainly. Make sure you have another narrow table to place the astral healing instruments you will need. A full length or wall mirror is also necessary. You can opt to add a window or not. The walls can also be plain or you can have a few posters or pictures of your choice, anything to make your healing office presentable and comfortable. Make it a place where you feel motivated and at peace so that you can conduct your healing works with ease and utmost concentration.
Before you commence healing works, you need to visit your healing office often to ensure that you get accustomed to it, its surroundings and comfortable aspects. You can take as many astral journeys as you wish to prepare the office and redecorate as many times as you deem necessary. This ensures that by the time you start inviting patients over, you are absolutely satisfied with your office set-up and the patients will also feel comfortable once in your healing office. It is important to have a notebook or spiral bound that you keep as a journal to record all your astral work. Note down every astral work you do in order to gauge your progress and note the areas you need to improve on.
Understanding The Aura For Healing Works
Since the aura surrounds a person, it is always the first point of contact between you and the patient. You rely on reading the aura to make an accurate diagnosis. Every astral healer must run their hands through or around the aura in order to detect patient abnormalities like unusual hot and cold sections, flares, or breaks that may be in the auric shield. Every healer has their unique way of defining the aura based on their magickal and metaphysics endeavors. This is because every person has an individualized astral energy cocoon that, in this case, is referred to as the aura.
Human auras are more individualized unlike those of animals. Some animals have evolved to the point where they have a distinct understanding almost like humans. Inanimate objects that may have been a center for concentrated focus for many years may also have individualized auras; this is mainly common in ancient worship areas, religious objects and sacred stones. The inanimate object aura can be strong in cases where the stone, statue or area is situated over the earth’s power line. To determine whether an object has an individualized aura, walk to the object or area and watch how your body reacts. If your skin pickles, arm hairs stand or you experience a distinct feeling of being watched, the area or object has an individualized aura.
Since the aura is made up of different forms of astral energies, it can be molded into a different texture by an astral healer despite the fact that the auric energy may have been individualized around a certain object, animal or person. This is possible based on the cellular composition of the energy. Astral energy contains great power but lacks individualization. As such, even when it has been individualized, it leaves room for flexibility. An experienced healer who works on the astral plane is capable of remodeling the energy in an aura to exude more positivity, achieving a healing. The astral energy composition is also the reason why trained magicians are capable of drawing the auric energy and use it for different forms of astral creations that can be manifested in the physical world.
Spiritual astral energy is inexhaustible and ready to be used for whatever an adept makes of it. It is the energy that astral healers rely on to perform successful healing works by repairing the aura and filling it with vitality. It is also what magicians use to develop thoughtforms that draw them to love, opportunities and prosperity. Each individual’s astral energy is made up of different energy intensity layers whose density increases as you get closer to the body. For most, the strongest part of an aura is about five to six inches from their physical body. From that range, the energy intensity fades intensely until it cannot be detected.
The subconscious mind attracts the aura in a bid to form the aura. It uses the aura as the reservoir of creating power and healing. As such, through contact with the mind, an individual’s aura is the mirror to their mental, spiritual, physical and emotional health. It also used the aura as the warning device that signals an individual of impending danger. Because of such deep connections with the body, the aura can reveal disease indications long before a disease manifests in the physical.
Scientists have also conducted tests to determine the effectiveness of auric-based healing through psychic powers and prayers when a healer is in a different location from the patients (up to 3,000 miles apart). Distance was proven not to be a barrier to the healing works especially when the healer knew how to get into the astral plane or a state of altered consciousness. Evidently, astral traveling to conduct healing works or magick is more effective as compared to astral dream or physical healing work on a patient’s aura.
Since the auric energy creates the astral energy, our negative and positive thoughtforms are responsible for building good health or disease as well as good and bad luck in the aura and out of the astral energy. For instance, negative conditions ferment in the aura until they impact the physical body and blow outwards to create a damage or flare in the aura. Positive conditions also grow but they do not damage the aura or the physical body. Both conditions play the role of magnets that draw other similar energies to the aura. The auric shield around the human body is in the form of an oval rough shape. Should there be flares or bulges in the oval rough shape, then that is an indication that there are underlying fermenting auric conditions that originate from within or by a troubled or diseased person.
Conditions of the Aura
An aura can be tight to the body, full, contain holes, flare, have some dark areas, color bands, and areas of heat or coldness. An aura that signifies a healthy life in all aspects extends about five to six inches or even more from the physical body. On the other hand, an aura that is one or two inches from the body or tight to the body signifies the end of life or a person is gradually withdrawing from life. This is seen in dying people or people who do not want you to read them.
As mentioned, holes in the aura mean that the aura is damaged as a result of external causes. Dark patches on the aura should be considered as a connection with the body areas they are close to. They can be an indication of an underlying disease that is yet to fully present in the physical body, more so, in that particular body area where they are located. Spikes or flares from the aura signify possible distress from the inside. They could mean that the patient is undergoing mental or emotional distress which they may not be aware of. With time, if the flares or spikes are not addressed, they could damage the aura once they break through the auric shield. Presentation of areas of heat or coldness in the aura is an indication that there is an underlying physical disease. Some astral healers are able to feel the heat or coldness with their hands as they brush through the aura over the sick body areas. Color bands can be interpreted in different ways. When the color bands match the chakra color and in their rightful positions, they indicate fully working light centers that pulse through the aura. When the colors are clear and pure but do not match the chakra colors, you should determine their meaning by evaluating the width of the band to determine how intensely a person perceives something and its location in the body. This information will help in determining how the color indication affects a patient’s well-being.
Note that, at one point in life, everyone gets tears and wounds in their aura; they are referred to as etheric leakage. Tears in the aura make way for loss of vitality and energy, something that makes a person to feel tired and unmotivated. The aura tears also trigger the pre-disease state of mind. The wounds and tears result from external attacks. A person may have been depressed, over-tired, or going through a hard time when they met with a person with a strong negative aura and wished them harm. As a result, the person’s aura was filled with negative thoughtforms that in turn burrow into the weak aura creating holes through which auric energy is lost. The person with strong negative energy who causes damage to another person’s aura need not be a magician capable of casting spells. They could be anyone with a strong negative energy and capable of ill-wishing others.
Hence, strong and positive thoughtforms act as a shield to the aura from contamination and influence of the negative auras one may interact with. People with strong and positive thoughts have the power to become great astral entities. Ancient astral healers knew this fact and, as such, they did everything in their power to protect their auras and keep them strong. They had also mastered the art of heeding to auric warning signs of impending danger or attacks. This is because they had learnt how to read other people’s auras for healing, intention, prophecies, and truths. They could easily determine whether a person had attracted low-level entities or had been forcefully attached to them by the ill-wishers.
When two auras get close, a struggle for dominance begins automatically whether the two people are aware of it or not. One aura will always dominate the other. In retrospect, there are some people who will try to dominate your aura intentionally by sending threads of their own aura to attach to yours without your knowledge. Should they succeed, they not only dominate your aura but also control it to some extent. This is common among intimidators and manipulators who have mastered the action subconsciously. Therefore, if you ever happen to be around people who have negative and controlling attitudes, have your guard up.
There are psychic vampires who are willing to feed off other people’s auric energy both consciously and subconsciously. You have met or dealt with such people without realizing it. A good example is when you are feeling great and full of positive energy then a friend drops by your place and says they missed you and they always feel better when they see you. While at your place, your friend only talks of negative things like how they are in pain, how they were treated horribly at work and so forth. As the visit comes to an end, you begin to feel tired, demotivated and full of negative energy. On the other hand, your friend seems to be full of energy and way happier than they were when they came in. By the time they leave, you are ready to take some pain medication and possibly crawl into bed. You may not realize it but that is a psychic vampire. Such people are always determined to keep the friendship alive but they will tear you down with every opportunity they get through criticism while pretending to compliment you. By doing so, they will be piercing holes in your aura and attaching the vampire threads of your aura in yours. They do this until they have drained you completely. For such people to exist long enough in the physical, they need to feed off other people’s auric energy. This is because their auras are faulty in that they waste a lot of energy yet they find creating more energy for themselves through cosmic sources too demanding. They prefer feeding off others.
Keeping wrong or negative company attracts psychic vermin or lice to your aura. The wrong company’s negative thoughtforms grow on your aura like ticks and gain strength off the energy they suck from your aura. The thoughtforms may be large or small that attach to your aura when it has been weakened by the negative emotions. As a result, they are bound to change your auric energy to match the negative thoughtforms of the individual. If not destroyed or cleaned out in due time, they work similarly to a cancer that eats you up slowly but surely. Psychic lice can also be picked up if you engage with the negative low-level astral entities as discussed in the previous chapter.
Examining Your Aura
Before you start your astral healing works, it is important that you examine your own aura. Do this by visiting the astral healing temple you chose and spend some time in the worship area. Take time to prepare yourself spiritually. Once you feel that you feel ready, go into the astral office you prepared. Once you enter, stand before a mirror and order the lighting to go dim. This will help you to see your aura clearly in the mirror. If you have difficulty seeing your aura clearly, try closing your eyes halfway for a more concentrated view of the mirror image.
Focus on the area that is about four to five inches from your bodily form. Symbols and colors will appear around your reflection. Note the colors and symbols that appear and their positions that should be relative to body parts. Are you able to connect any abnormalities with your present discomforts or physical problems? Once this self-examination is over, you can return to your physical form and examine what you noted down. Based on your findings, you should be able to determine whether any of the problems you have are connected to your past lives. If this is the case, consider taking a trip to the Akashic records center. If you are still not experienced to check and interpret the Akashic records, it is advisable to call upon your astral teachers for help. Take every step you deem necessary to correct any problems that are revealed during the personal aura examination.
Aura Colors
Mastering how to read the aura colors helps you in determining the physical, mental, spiritual and emotional state of a person. The aura colors are developed by molding the astral energy to fit a specified purpose. As such, they can reveal what is present even when an ill person fails to give you the right information. The colors also reveal an underlying problem before it manifests in the physical body. Just like humans, astral entities have auras that can also be read through symbols and colors. Since astral entities do not have diseases, examining their auras helps you to determine their motives because they reflect their spiritual, mental and emotional state.
The prominent aura colors include: red, yellow, pink, blue, orange, white, gold, brown, black, indigo, green, gray, purple, and silver. These colors can appear in varying shades and their meanings are evaluated by whether the shades are dark, pure, swirled with another color or light as explained below:
Pink denotes natural innocence similar to one found in children, true friendship and love. A light shade of pink is timidity while a dark shade signifies that the friendship or love is becoming possessive.
Pure red denotes activity and vitality. A light shade of red signifies waning energy while dark red signifies lust, resentment, high temper and anger.
Clear orange denotes personal power to change personal events for your satisfaction. Dark orange signifies that someone is on a power trip while pale orange signifies that personal control could be slipping away or that a personal is not making the effort to control their life.
A sunny and bright yellow colour is seen in intellectual and creative people. Dark yellow denotes sudden changes that a person may not like while pale yellow is present in the auras of people who have lost interest in learning new things.
True astral healers carry alot of blue color in their aura because blue signifies harmony and an understanding of other people and entities. It also signifies that some upcoming event or journey will go smoothly. Very pale blues signify that a person is just learning about something and in this case about astral healing or they are giving up their talent. Dark blue signifies disharmony in someone’s life.
Green is the color of nature; as such, it signifies fertility of the body, spirit, and mind. People who do a lot of manual work with their hands such as nature lovers and gardeners will have a strong ray of this color. Pale green signifies a new beginning in life while an extremely dark green signifies a troubled marriage or relationship.
Turquoise or indigo is associated with a person who is able to access their Akashic records and put their findings into good use. It is also common among people who spend a lot of their time astral projecting. Dark indigo or turquoise represents karmic problems that an individual may be avoiding to deal with. Pale indigo signifies the beginning of awareness that the Akashic records and karma are important.
Purple is the color of power. It signifies spiritual and psychic growth. A dark shade of purple signifies a person’s tendency towards misuse of talent and a craving for power that is gained through the use of talent. A pale shade of purple or violet signifies that an individual is balancing between their intention to change their undesirable habits and balance out their karma.
White denotes spiritual guidance and the presence of guides and teachers in your life. Bright white signifies that a person is being directed to the right learning and growth paths in order for them to see more than just illusions. This person is always calm and centered. There are no light or dark shades of white.
Gold signifies success in one or more areas of a person’s life. Dark gold signifies greed, while the beautiful and pale gold signifies growth in awareness that a person has the right to be successful.
Silver signifies the development of psychic talents. It may be present in the auras of individuals who are dedicated to the goddess. It appears in minimal quantities especially when an astral healer is soothing or healing the emotions caused by their charge.
Gray signifies a loss of confidence, depression and development of a negative state of mind. Light shade of gray indicates the onset of the problems while a dark shade indicates that the issues are severe. The presence of dark gray color in the aura signifies that a person is developing a disease.
Black being an ambivalent color, can signify pessimism and feeling as though you are helpless because you are unable to change a negative situation in your life. It also represents a person who is working towards repelling psychic attacks and towards defending themselves against dark magick. When a person is working to reverse the effects of negative magick spells and thoughtforms and changing their power into positive energy, the black color in their aura will have some silver sparkles.
Brown being the color of Earth is associated with elves, elementals and fairies, among other similar entities. An individual who has brown in their aura shades has close connections with such entities and the animal kingdom.
Auric colors, especially those that are included in the 7 light centers, are usually vivid. There are times when the colors may appear as a blend of two colors that do not exactly mix. For instance, a color may appear to be both yellow and red without being orange.
Examining Other Auras
Before the actual astral healing process begins, you need to gain more experience seeing and examining auras especially while in your astral healing office. A good way to practice this is by examining the auras of your teacher guides, family members, friends, your home and pets. You must ask for permission from the astral entities and human beings involved before you read their auric colors as they stand against the white wall or face the mirror in your office. For a start and as you learn, it would be advisable to view the auras both when against the white wall and when facing the mirror in a bid to determine which technique works best for you. Teacher guides tend to have very clear and bright colors that surround them. Their auras will also have symbols that represent their core interests. Humans and animals are likely to have some trouble spots depicted in the aura. Therefore, take note of the color flares, muddy or dark colors or auric ruptures.
Most astral healers never consider examining the aura of their homes. Auras are present around inanimate objects and, as such, they influence you through the interaction your aura has with the object’s aura. The aura surrounding your home may send a warning signal of impending danger of negativity that is taking root in your home without your knowledge. Take notes while in this astral journey to practice reading of the auric colors. Should you discover any problems or weak points in your home’s aura, you must take time to determine whether the problems originate from within or from the outside and then take the right actions to address the negativity.
Auric Symbols
Auric symbols include the sun, a chalice, animals and birds, the sickle moon, spots, flowers, occupational symbols, dagger, hearts, stars, weapons and lighting.
The sun appears in the auras of people who are about to experience or have just experienced a change in their life for the better.
Once someone has experienced a meaningful astral or physical spiritual initiation, they tend to have a chalice, sun, stars and the moon in their aura. The chalice signifies that a dramatic event that will change a person’s life drastically will occur. The drastic change is dependent on how the person will react to the event.
Animals symbolize the pets that a person keeps or desires to keep. Bird and animal symbols also represent shamanic helpers that a person may have in the astral realm.
The sickle moon is common among goddess followers or a person who is affected subconsciously by the phases of the moon. The moon also signifies spiritual awakening in regards to magick.
Spots are interpreted based on their color and represent the auric areas that are in the process of being wounded or torn. For instance, dark shifting blotches represent amoeba as they move through the aura and signify auric contamination and psychic lice.
Flowers area sign of generosity and the willingness to give. When a person is struggling to make decisions on something, their aura may have a rippling appearance similar to moving gently through water.
Occupational symbols hammers, pens, cooking utensils and artist materials. They are a representation of a person’s regular job or their hobby.
Daggers appear when a person is contemplating revenge over something that happened to them. It can also appear when a person is under a psychic attack.
Hearts represent affection and love.
Stars are spiritual symbols and a person may have more than one star representing their astral teacher, advisor or spiritual guide connected to them.
A weapon can signify an impending attack, a person’s occupation or a desire for revenge. Some weapons are subconsciously or deliberately adopted for protection.
Lighting appears when something dramatic is about to happen in a person’s life or when they are about to explode in anger.
Repairing the Aura
Repairing the aura is always the first task of an astral healer. Therefore, it is important to practice beforehand. Have a patient who would not mind your help or an auric examination? Before inviting the patient over to your astral healing office, visit it alone and prepare the instruments you will need for the auric examination exercise. You may need instruments such as a vacuum for sucking up impurities, a crystal tipped healing wand, a brush, astral repair tape, a basin for holding discarded debris, astral putty cans for repairs, a pitcher for liquid light, long tweezer, and a laser cleaner. You can create astral tools to your liking that will help you accomplish the auric repair works. Should you miss an instrument and discover much later that it is vital, you can simply create it. All the instruments should be placed on the narrow table next to the main table or the examination table.
Once everything is ready, call your patient to the healing office mentally. Have the patient stand in front of the mirror or the white wall first so that you are able to see their aura clearly and examine it. Once you have noted all the important details about their aura, have the patient lie down on the large examination table and run your hands around their aura to detect any form of weakness that you might have missed during the visual observation. The problem areas will be the areas where you experience heat or coldness.
Use your vacuum or laser cleaner to dislodge the impurities you find and discard them. If the impurities fail to dislodge through vacuuming, you can use the tweezers to pull them off carefully. Throw everything in the large basin and destroy. Repair any aura tears using astral tape or putty globs. If you have worked on a body part or organ, make sure you repair it, too. When done with the repair work, brush away any excess pieces of tape or putty globs. Using your healing wand or hands, go over the aura entirely and try to smooth it as much as you can. If you have discovered flares coming from within, make sure you suck any excess energy before smoothening the aura. Unless the patient takes personal responsibility to get rid of the emotional problems they are facing from within, the flares are bound to return. Once the healing process is done, offer the patient a glass of liquid light that they should take before leaving your healing office. The liquid light helps to heal the patient’s emotions as well as balance their aura. Write down your healing experience when you return to the physical world.
The Seven Light Centers
Every person has seven major energy centers in their astral body, referred to as energy transformers. The Sanskrit term refers to them as light wheels or chakras. They act as direct pipelines to the universe’s astral or cosmic energy. The seven energy centers appear as rapidly rotating wheels in different colors when viewed through the psychic senses. They are aligned from the end of the spine to the top of the head one after the other. The seven light centers are important in the astral body as they help in determining whether a person is well-balanced or imbalanced, sick or well. They should all be pure and of clear color for proper flow of the psychic energy. A diminishing or dull color in any of the light centers indicates that the person has a problem.
The natural and normal colors for the light centers are: red for the root center; orange for the spleen; yellow for the solar plexus; green for the heart; silvery blue for the throat; indigo for the brow; and violet to white for the crown. The most active light centers are the three lower ones: the root center that is connects to the sex organs, the spleen center which is the mental attitude seat and the solar plexus which is the center for emotions. The solar plexus is located at the navel in the abdomen. Ancient cultures referred to it as the lower mind or the second brain because it holds numerous vital nerves that join with other nerves near the heart center. The lower light centers draw their energies from the auric field of the earth. The root center is referred to as the dwelling pace of the Kundalini by Hindus.
In some cases, the light wheels turn backward against your effort when you try to turn them. Turning backward during a healing exercise happens when you are facing your patient and the sunwise is backward to the patient. The root center may be blocked in a person who has alcohol addiction, drug addiction, refuses to accept responsibilities for their behavior, suffers from compulsive overeating and engages in low sexual activities. A blockage of the root center may appear as a dark or small size muddy coloring of the light center. Note that it is normal for people who encountered trauma during their childhood to have blockage in the first 3 light centers. In some cases, the blockage may reach the heart light center.
Since the spleen center does not get most of its energy from vibrations of the earth, it is usually the first center to be affected by psychic development and impressions. On a psychic level, the spleen center is responsible for awakening all kinds of sensitivity that the astral world influences. As the spleen center starts to work freely, it would be advisable to practice discernment of spirits. This presents no challenge to people who are balanced. On the other hand, if you struggle with self-control and discipline, you must be extra cautious when dealing with astral entities. The solar plexus center is easily influenced by emotions because it is the center for identification and empathy from other people.
Mending the Aura
Mending a patient’s aura is not always easy. It is only effective if you correct the color disturbances and any other auric imbalances accurately. To mend an aura, you need to call the patient to your healing office. Have the patient stand against the white wall and examine each of the seven light centers carefully starting with the root center and concluding with the head crown. While conducting the examination, check whether any of the light centers are small or off their normal color. Run your hands over the light centers to determine whether the flow of energy in any of the centers is restricted; note the center/centers that may be having problems.
Take the healing wand and if you are able to change the light centers mentally, do so. If you cannot, place a switch or dial for the colors on the handle of the healing wand and set the dial to the required chakra color. For instance, if you set the wand for red color, aim its crystal tip at the root center and release the color to flow until the root center responds positively. Change the wand color to match each of the light centers as you move up in line until you reach the head crown. Finish the aura mending exercise by giving the patient a glass of liquid light. Remember to make notes about the healing exercise when you return to the physical plane.
Diagnosing in the Astral World
As you may have learnt by now, all illnesses and diseases are first present in the aura. All healing must begin in the aura then progressively work its way to the affected physical body part. This explains why a patient can undo successful astral healing. If subconsciously a patient does not want to be healed because they believe that healing will make them lose control over people or their family, they are capable of rejecting the healing before it gets to the physical body from the aura. The first thing you should do as an astral healer is to determine the underlying truth behind an illness. Engage the patient to determine whether they know the cause of the problem they are facing. If a patient does not want to get into details or they simply do not know, you may have to refer to their Akashic records. This is not advisable unless you are completely sure that the patient will be open to accept the hard facts that you may uncover.
If the patient is habitually irresponsible, you will be fighting a losing battle because the patient will undermine your healing efforts. You will have to decide whether or not to heal the patient. Most healers will debate on why they should waste time and energy healing a person who does not appreciate their effort while there are other people who would appreciate and benefit from their healing works. When you change your thoughts, your aura and energy centers change as well: thoughts have actuality and being. This means that changing our emotional thoughts change the aura and it is very possible for other people’s thoughts to affect us whether positively or negatively. This applies to everyone despite their morals.
The good news is that if you are able to remain balanced and calm always, the negative thoughts from other people may have little to no influence on your aura. The trick here is the term “always.” We all know that as humans it is impossible to always be calm and balanced. Yet, we are in constant contact with people through jobs, relationships, education, and even in crowds with the people who disturb our calm and contaminate our aura. Humans are taught to stifle emotions, view and control situations logically. This means that we always rely on our intellect to control our emotions which does not always work. Fortunately, many people still believe in the power of positive thinking but by so doing, they expect the subconscious mind to be controlled by their intellect. Positive thinking offers the ability to create a better environment for astral use which happens in the subconscious mind and not the conscious mind. Conversely, the more positive you are the better chances you have for effective astral healing results. In most cases, negative- minded patients show minimal to no response to astral healing works; those who record improvement tend to regress within a short duration.
Change A Patient’s Negative Attitude
It is possible to change a patient’s negative attitude but it is not always easy. In most cases, negative attitude healing is effective among patients who have experienced traumatic events. Meaning that if you are presented with a patient who is habitually negative, your efforts will have very minimal effect on their mental state and patterns.
To begin the negative attitude healing exercise, call the patient to your office. Work on their light centers and aura by removing debris and repairing any damages you find the best way you can. Try engaging the patient about the damages you find and how their negative attitude contributes to the damages. Have the patient lie on the large table and set the office lighting to some calming and healing color like green, pink or blue. Call for some soothing music to fill the office and wrap the patient in a blanket of the ideal healing color. If your patient is unresponsive or resistant to your healing works, recommend that they spend time in the worship area before they leave. If a patient fails to cooperate or listen to your advice, do not beat yourself up by feeling obligated to ensure that they are healed. Doing so can only dent your ego and as a result affect your ability to conduct healing works. Every patient has free will on whether they want to be healed astrally or not.
Healing while in the Astral Dream World
To heal a patient yourself in the astral world through dreams, you need to think about the problem or illness before you fall asleep. Begin to visualize the problem or alignment shrinking until it disappears completely. As you fall asleep, believe and know that the healing you hope to achieve will actually take place. Once you start visualizing before falling asleep, you continue with the healing work in your astral dreams.
This method allows you to contact the patient in their astral form and influence them to achieve the changes you desire in their aura. To contact the patient in their astral body, you need to hold their image in your mind as you go to sleep. The major information you must have about the patient is their name, gender, age and in some cases their physical location. Note that going to the astral world deliberately to conduct a healing exercise may be more effective as opposed to the astral dreaming method.
Once you get to the astral world, call out the patient to come join you. Examine their aura closely to determine the cause of their illness and its extent. If you are unable to pinpoint the cause and extent of their illness, determine whether referring to the Akashic records could be a good idea. You should never assume that a patient did something bad to cause the illness or that it is now haunting them in the form of an illness. If that was the case, every human being would be ill or at the end of life. That’s to say, nobody has a perfect Akashic record free of flaws. Sometimes people carry on the subconscious memory patterns that were molded by previous diseases especially if they had a great emotional impact. The disease memory patterns get activated when a person finds themselves in a similar situation that led to the occurrence of the disease or when they connect with people who they associated with when they had the disease in their past life.
As an astral healer, you must be aware of everything that happened in the past life and, most importantly, the situation that caused the disease, the people who were associated with the patient and whether they caused unhappiness to the patient to the extent where they triggered the growth of the disease. This will determine the emotional and mental attitudes of the patient when the disease manifests.
In some cases, the Akashic records will reveal different diseases striking the same body part or organ during different lifetimes. This is an indication that the particular spot is weak. Therefore, as a healer you must dig deeper into the Akashic records to determine when the weakness manifested first, the causes of the first illness and the people who were involved. This may sound like a lot of work, but just like in the physical world, true astral healing works require a lot of time and dedication in order to get it right. Should you uncover any past life connections to the current disease, you should reveal your findings to the patient and explain in detail the meaning of what you uncovered and how it relates to their current condition. You should disclose the findings from Akashic records to your patient while they are in their physical state unless you are extremely sure that they will receive the information positively.
A rejection of your findings hampers your efforts to heal the patient astrally. In some cases, the patient’s condition may be aggravated by other people without their knowledge. This happens when threads from other people are attached to the patient’s aura both in their physical and astral states. This may be a person that both you and the patient may not recognize or do not consider to be close to the patient. You must be keen when conducting your research lest you miss the point and fail in your attempts to heal the patient. Strong emotions and thoughts like hate, fear and anger can be the cause of a thread attachment in a person’s aura. Strong subconscious desires also send out or invite auric thread attachments from negative people or astral beings. For instance, where two people feel hateful towards something or someone, they can trigger an exchange of strong, numerous and hard-to-sever threads.
Emotionally triggered and persistent thoughts tap into such astral energy to create bodies or thoughtforms. Thoughts are things; thoughtforms have definite shapes and their own auras. A person can create their thoughtforms of a disease or illness as well as accept the disease and illness thoughtforms sent to them by other people. If you discover that a patient has thread attachments from another person, you must take great care when trying to sever the attachments and heal the patient. This is because astral threads are sticky and very strong attachments especially if they have inhibited the three lower chakras. As aforementioned, the three lower chakras are earth connected and are more bound to respond to emotions as compared to the other four chakras.
Before beginning the severing process, ensure that you understand the intent of the auric threads. This is because there are some positive and healthy aura thread attachments like those of a mother and their child, some friends, family, lovers as well as pets and their owners. Such positive and healthy threads tend to be of healthy and pure colors. On the other hand, negative aura threads tend to have muddy and dark colors and based on how negative they are, they can give off freezing cold or hot feelings. Additionally, once the negative threads are severed, they whip around trying to attach to any other aura within the vicinity. You must know how to best protect yourself during the severing exercise. It helps to try and determine or unveil who may be sending and making sure that the negative threads are maintained; it could be a physical or astral being. If you determine that it is a physical being, you must explain that to the patient and advise them to break the ties they have with the person and keep their guard up until the person finally gives up and stops sending the negative thread attachments. If the negative threads are sent by an astral being, you must engage the patient to determine whether they are co-perpetrators by subconsciously encouraging the astral being’s thoughts and desiring their presence. In such a case, you must talk to the patient while in their astral form and convince them that they need to break the ties they have with the astral entity if they desire to get better.
Before starting the healing attack, you must don yourself in protective gear or a suit of armor like the biohazard suits used by the people who investigate toxic products. The idea here is to reassure your astral body that it is well protected and there are no openings through which the negative aura threads can attach to your aura. Take as much time as you need to visualize the armor or protective gear in its total completeness. Once it is well-envisioned and you believe that it will offer the protection you need, any thread that whip against will shrivel and die instantly. Additionally, you should be armed with a sharp sword and flame thrower or torch for severing and cauterizing any thread stamps that may be left in the patient’s aura. Take note of the light centers where the negative threads are attached in order to determine the emotions that may have triggered the problem.
Once you’re all set, call upon the positive cosmic light and send it to flash into the blade of the sword and swing the sword as hard as possible against the negative threads you wish to destroy. The threads may not cut with the first attempt if they have been attached to the patient’s aura for a long time or if they are thick. You will need to cut them often before the break loose. Immediately as the threads break loose, cauterize the thread stump that should be attached to the patient to prevent any reattachment. The patient may experience some illness or discomfort after the procedure is done in the area where the thread had attached. If the patient had partially contributed to the negative thread attachment, they are bound to have a long-standing problem in the particular body area. To ensure that the thread does not reattach to the patient, recommend that they wear a protective amulet for a number of days or weeks.
Note that this form of astral healing is somewhat related to changing a person’s future. When a patient chooses to be healed, they are directly and surely changing some aspects of their future that may still be elastic in nature. The astral body has access to the records of what might happen in your future; you may be able to view the crystallized and non- crystalized events. Even when an illness may be categorized as crystalized, healing should still be conducted if a patient is willing. This is because eliminating an illness or problem sometimes happens in ways that you may not have envisioned in the astral.
The Hawaiian Kahunas believe the astral body to be an exact formation of the physical body. Since the astral body is made up of non-physical and invisible substances, it cannot get damaged. For an astral healer to effectively heal or repair the physical body, they must first reduce a patient’s physical body to its astral energy form and reform it as per its astral body mold. This tactic can be applied effectively for all diseases including cancer; it can be dissolved and the affected tissues reformed into a healthy and normal tissue. Sometimes an illness can be connected to a deep sense of guilt or sin by the patient. In such a case, you must address the negative emotions for healing works to succeed. To achieve success in addressing the negative emotions, you need to awaken the deep feelings to a patient’s mind and encourage them to face and deal with the emotions.
In all psychic healing exercises, you must start by contacting the subconscious mind. This is because you need to see and understand the patient’s mental state in order to identify and solve the problem at hand. While subjecting the patient mentally, you must pay close attention to your intuitive senses. They could communicate many things to you like: the person does not want to be healed, or they are not willing to face reality because they believe they caused an illness for reasons they deem selfish. The subconscious mind is what keeps us alive, breathing, and healthy. All the psychic and auric healing exercises focus on feeding the subconscious mind with positive thoughtforms and suggestions.
While conducting your psychic or astral healing work, remember that most states have strict laws about the healing techniques. Therefore, you must ensure that you work as per the legal guidelines within your state to avoid legal suits.
Even when you are certain that a person may be unwell but the symptoms are yet to manifest in the physical body, always keep the information to yourself unless they seek your opinion or help. Do not prescribe the use of massage, exercises or herbs to a patient and do not touch them physically unless they believe in astral healing or are close friends. Orthodox religions are still against astral healing and as a result, they cannot hesitate to report you and have you jailed.
Diagnosing A Physical, Emotional Or Mental Illness
You need to apply creative thinking when diagnosing mental, emotional and physical illnesses from the astral plane. This is because illnesses do not present in the astral as they do in the physical plane. It is not important whether you are able to determine the medical name for an illness while in the astral; what is important is that you are able to recognize the problem and alleviate it before it develops to something serious by getting to the roots of the problem. You cannot eliminate an illness or problem entirely in the astral without getting to its roots.
Once you travel to the astral plane and your patient arrives, start by going through the different diagnostic procedures to ensure that you are accessing the problem at hand correctly. As you have learnt by now, the first diagnostic procedure is evaluating the patient’s aura and light centers while they are standing in front of the plain white wall. Take note of the trouble spots that may present such as color change in the light centers, dark spots, flares, tears and symbols. Next step should be running your hands through the patient’s aura to determine whether there are any hot or cold spots.
Once done with the initial diagnosis, engage the patient and take note of what they say and how they say it. The conversation you have with the patient holds vital clues that may help you in determining the root of the problem which could be stress, relationships, feelings of guilt and self-doubt, among others. If need be, ask the patient to go to the healing temple’s worship area and take the opportunity to engage with their astral teacher guides. Again, take note of what the teacher guides say and how they say it. If you still feel as though you need more information to make an accurate diagnosis, go through the patient’s Akashic records.
Once you have gathered all the crucial information you need, have the patient return to your healing office and ask them to relax in the chair or on the table, whichever makes them feel comfortable. Put on a pair of X-ray glasses; they allow you to see through the patient’s layers of body tissue similar to a CT scan. Check the digestive system, the circulatory system, bladder, kidneys, the lymph nodes and all other crucial body parts. Take note of any unusual patterns, dark masses or body fluids. As aforementioned, diseases manifest differently in the astral plane. Some will manifest in the form of insect-like chattering sounds; bladder and kidney infections will manifest as black sludges that clog the system. Blood infections and disease manifest as white spots that float on red blood, narrow blood vessels manifest in the form of laboring sucking sounds. With practice and attention, you will master these different disease manifestations. It is advisable to keep notes about the different diagnoses you make in the astral. This way, you will be able to study the recurring patterns and, with time, you will be in a position to pinpoint illnesses immediately when you see the astral symptoms.
Working On Yourself
As an astral healer, it is important to realign your psychic body regularly because ordinary life events can easily throw out of balance whether you realize it or not. As an astral healer, you will be working with negative psychic influences of your patients which can easily misalign your psychic body. Though you may do your best to keep yourself healthy and sane under different circumstances, the astral body is always in constant attunement with the different cosmic energies that make up the universe. Note that the cosmic energy extends to other existence planes including the physical plane. Conversely, the astral body is designed to repair and protect itself automatically. The problem occurs when we become bombarded with negative thoughtforms and vibrations from the things that surround us.
Most illnesses occur because people regularly and systematically abuse their bodies. Yet, the chakras and the aura which are the automatic body repair systems are very efficient; people get away with the abuse for years until the repair systems eventually break down or give up on the constant repair attempts. At that point, illnesses become apparent as compromised flow of psychic energy. The psychic energy works by dissolving obstructions and congestions before they develop into diseases. Most of the emotions we feel are not self-generated; they are transferred from other people without our knowledge. In order to understand and be in control of a sudden wave of negative emotions that hits, you must look inside and determine whether they are indeed self-generated or are triggered by other people. People with serious life problems like drug and alcohol addiction are hard to heal because their problems are not entirely emotional. Their problems are a result of lack of self-discipline and self-mastery.
Healing Yourself
As an astral healer, the hardest healing attempt you will ever make is healing yourself because astral healing is achieved through facing facts and introspection. It is hard but achievable.
Like all other healing works, you need to go to your astral office and summon your astral healing teacher. If an astral teacher hasn’t appeared to you yet, this is the ideal time to send an emergency call for an astral teacher. When your call is answered and a healing teacher appears, start by spending time together to know each other and get comfortable being around them. Note that after making an emergency call, you may attract one main astral healing teacher and others who will be on call for assistance.
Start by examining your light centers and aura in the mirror and be as honest as you can with yourself. Do not overlook some of the faults or color changes you see because you are not ready to face the facts about what is causing your illness or problems. Rejecting any observation will only hurt you and deter your attempts to get healed. During your astral healing process, your teachers will play an active role like helping in cleaning your aura and making the necessary repairs as well as strengthening your light centers using your healing wand. Where possible, try to remove all the unnatural objects that may be present in the auric body and patch the holes. Once done, sit in a pink, green or blue light for some time to accelerate the healing works. If your astral teachers suggest that they will perform the healing works on you, do not oppose. Sit back, watch everything they do, listen to their advice and learn.
Healing Techniques
A conscientious and well-versed astral healer uses the visual healing techniques that they believe or have proven to work. There are various astral healing techniques that are adopted from the physical healing techniques through creative visualization. Most ancient groups such as the Egyptians believed that healing was possible through other methods other than the physical methods. They believed that the mind and the astral bodies were capable of maintaining the perfect form of the human body and bring it to perfection in the physical body. Both the physical and astral body forms were considered as essential to ensuring that a body endured lasting healing.
Some studies conducted in Europe ascertained that some types of music had a positive effect on healing. The researchers believed that these forms of music have a unique influence on the subconscious mind. The findings are supported by a similar study that was conducted in the USA. The two studies uphold that the music transforms the sounds into direct vibrations that affect the cellular tissues. For instance, Mozart has been used to treat rheumatism; Bach fugues to treat indigestion; Schubert for insomnia; Handel for depression, disturbed emotions, despondency; and Beethoven for hernias. These are just examples that prove that the impact of certain types of music and tones on the physical body is very crucial whether a person is sick or not. This may be attributed to the fact that certain music genres affect a person’s emotions and as a result affect the physical and astral bodies.
Additionally, the use of the pyramid form to achieve physical healing while relying on astral treatment has proven to be beneficial at alleviating pain. Pain like headache can be treated by placing a small pyramid of cardboard or wood on the forehead or on whichever part of the body the pain is centered. Let the pyramid stay on the pain spot for about five minutes. Since the energy emanating from pyramids is quite strong, you should be very cautious when using them to alleviate pain over the light centers both in the astral and physical bodies. They can trigger a chakra to emit too much power than is necessary.
The use of stones and gems for healing is also applied in astral healing works. This is because the stones and gems amplify and focus the healer’s power to the aligning body part enhancing healing. The good news is that the application of stones and gems for healing is similar both in the physical and astral worlds. For a start, it would be helpful to master the commonly used stones and gems and the illnesses they alleviate. An easy way to use the stones and gems for healing is matching their color to the color of a light center when not sure what to use when. For instance, both in the astral and physical planes, rose quartz triggers chakra activity while tourmaline calms the chakra activities.
In light of this, most people mistake mesmerism for hypnotism. According to Franz Anto Mesmer, the body has special energy paths that transfer the energy as required. When the special energy paths are blocked, diseases are bound to manifest. The energy paths are the light centers and the paths that are used by acupunctures. Franz discovered that stroking the body with a magnet was an effective way of alleviating blockages and allowing the energy to flow effectively as it should. Hence, using magnets for healing in the astral is essential in cases where you detect that the body has weak, overly strong or disrupted energy currents. The nerves are the carriers of electrical energy in the body. Among nervous adults and hyperactive children, the energy levels tend to be wild in some places and almost completely blocked in other places.
The Irish and Celtic Scots have healers whom they believe are granted their healing powers by faeries when they visit other worlds. The healers are said to use healing charms and prayers referred to as the seachd phaidor or the seventh prayer when conducting their healing works. Notably, the wording of the prayers change from one healer to another and the prayer is not directed to anyone or any being. The prayer is whispered over the ill area as a way of the healer charming the illness out of the body and into another person, stone, tree, animal or hill. This healing belief is quite common in the Scottish Highlands that people who visit a sick person do not enter the house until a dog goes in first out of fear that the disease may be transferred to them.
The whispered charm and prayer for healing works are considered to be quite effective that they can be directed to a piece of cloth and the cloth taken miles away while tied about an injured part of the body, or disease and the charm will still work effectively. Prayer is said to be very effective when used for astral healing if you are working with a patient who believes in the power of prayer. You should be keen to choose your prayer words and deity names as per the patient’s religious beliefs. When you ask the patient to go to the worship area for prayers, do not be afraid that they might be put off by the settings that may be against their religious beliefs. On the contrary, the worship area adjusts vibrationally and visually to accommodate the worshiper’s needs.
Using Different Healing Techniques For Positive Healing Works
Sometimes using different healing techniques may be the only option you have to get through a patient’s subconscious mind and make the needed positive impression. In most cases, astral healers use specific essential oils to seal the light centers before a patient returns to the physical plane after a successful healing exercise.
To seal the light centers with essential oils, you need to place a dab of the essential oil on the forefinger and gently apply a touch of the oil on each light center. Ensure that you start with the root center and end with the head crown. Note that every light center has its specific essential oils that vibrate at its particular rate.
As aforementioned, magnets can be used to correct irregular flows of electrical energy through the nerves. When using magnets for healing, you must stroke the body from the head down to the trunk, out to every arm and leg to the fingertips. This is basically working on the flow of energy from the source to the nerve’s extremities. When using a pyramid, either set it directly over the area that’s in pain or have the patient sit under a large pyramid for a short period to ensure balance of energy in the entire body.
You should never cut or tear anything from the astral body. This is because whatever you create in the astral plane must manifest in the physical plane. When you find foreign objects in the astral body or aura, use your fingers or a pair of tweezers to pluck them out. Sometimes, objects attached to the aura or astral body may be hard to remove if the patient does not want to be healed. This mainly happens when a patient has become so attached to the cause of their problems or illness that they cannot imagine letting it go. In such a case, the only solution would be to encapsulate the object or illness to prevent it from growing further.
To encapsulate the object or disease, mix a substantial amount of astral putty with liquid light and completely cover the disease or problem with the mixture. As the mixture hardens, give it instructions that it should shrink with the disease in it. Whether you manage to eliminate the disease entirely will be upon the patient. You must do your part which is encapsulating the disease to prevent growth or spread to other parts.
One thing that is not allowed in the astral healing works is transplantation of body limbs and organs. Doctors in the physical do not always have success with such procedures because they are complex. It is only advisable to use your healing wand to damage problematic parts into liquid form and to dissolve diseases. Run the now liquid form body part through a sieve to remove the impurities or abnormal cells then reform it into a perfectly healthy part of the body that you replace with the ill part. As discussed in previous sections, if the damaged organ or disease results from past life trouble, the patient must be ready to face the facts, forgive everyone who was involved including themselves. If it resulted from injuries from the past life, the patient must be ready to release the negative emotions linked to the event.
Always as you perform your astral healing works, it is important to periodically flush out toxins from the astral body. While in the astral office, you can hook your patient up with the intravenous tubes that inject blood purifiers. Alternatively, you could have them take large quantities of liquid light for it to work through the urinary tract and the intestines. The aura and the astral body can also be healed through the use of color light therapy. Have the patient sit in a chair as they are being bathed with a particular color of light. If a patient is not comfortable with that, have them lie on the table and wrap them up with a blanket of the appropriate color.
For balancing and healing to be evident, you must align the different parts of the body to ensure that they are all working optimally. Every individual has different astral bodies: the spiritual, mental and emotional as well as the regular astral form that acts as the vehicle between the physical and the astral world. Occasionally, these astral bodies get out of alignment especially if a person has been through traumatic or negative events. As an astral healer, it is important that your astral bodies be aligned at all times. You realign your astral body the same you realign a patient’s.
